A. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USING THE E-SHOP

PURCHASE/ PAYMENT OPTIONS
Purchase:
When registering your order you will receive an automated email which will confirm the receipt of the order and will state the details of your purchase.
During the progress of your order you will receive a second email which will inform you about the shipping and delivery date of your order.
In case there is a problem with your order, then a corresponding e-mail will be sent to you or we will contact you at the phone number you gave us during your registration or the placement of your order. Please take care of the receipt of the e-mails, their safekeeping throughout the duration of our transaction and our timely notification in case any of your contact details are modified.
We reserve the right to refuse order processing in cases of non-availability or cancellation of products.
Payment Options:
-Cash on delivery: Payment upon receipt of the order. The employee of the courier company in-charge delivers the order to you, if they receive the corresponding value of the parcel.
The service is only supported for shipments within Greece.
- Credit card: Payment with all credit cards or debit or prepaid cards Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express using the secure payment company STRIPE. The user is not charged with any extra costs for using this service. After filling in the relevant fields in the "shopping cart", you will be led to a secure environment of the partner service above to complete your order.
- PayPal: Payment with PayPal, the user is not charged with additional costs by using this service.
All purchases through our website are protected by encryption and a security certificate.
SHIPMENT COSTS/ DELIVERY TIME
- Orders within Greece are sent with the courier companies ACS and ELTA (3 € single shipment, 5 € cash on delivery, delivery time 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Orders abroad are sent by DHL Express, with a charge of 20€ for EU countries, 45 € for the United Kingdom, 25 € for Malta and Cyprus, 38 € for the rest of the world. The delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
-Cash on delivery service is not supported for shipments outside Greece.
-For "Orders from countries outside the European Union" (Category D), customs clearance of products in the country of delivery is an additional cost and is borne by the recipient. The charge is calculated differently for each country, according to the taxes applied at its customs.
-Free shipping: this option appears only in case your order is over 80 € and it applies only for orders within Greece.
Note that all jewelry are handmade and created specifically for each one of you, so we need 2-10 days for crafting them, to ensure their high quality.
PRODUCT PRICES
All prices presented on our website include VAT. These prices refer to the quantities that are available, while "Vally Kontidis" reserves the right to adjust the prices. There are cases where the price of the same product changes when it is subject to modification of one or more of its physical characteristics, such as that of size. Although in any case we make every effort to accurately describe the information and prices we quote in our online store, we can not rule out the possibility of some typographical or technical errors in prices and product descriptions. Shipping costs through the online store, as well as customs or other taxes are not included in the prices listed next to each product.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The order can be canceled in the following two cases:
-Before completing the order: During the electronic ordering process you can proceed to the "My Shopping Cart" and click on the "X" icon (Delete).
-After the completion and BEFORE sending the order (the shipping date will be notified to you in the informative e-mail you will receive): Within 24 hours, you can call the company at +302106100790 or send an email to info@vallykontidis.gr in order to cancel the order. (You will receive a cancellation email)
RETURNS
You have the right to request a refund and return the products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order by notifying the company “Vally Kontidis” by e-mail at info@vallykontidis.gr or by phone at +302106100790 within the above deadline.
In this case you are charged with:
• The costs of transporting the products with a courier company
• Insurance costs
• Customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union
The company returns the money to your card or, in case of cash on delivery, to an account that you will indicate to it, as soon as it receives the return and only if it meets the following criteria.
The necessary conditions in order for your application to be accepted is that each product to be returned must be in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, in the package "Vally Kontidis". Also, it must be received, checked, and approved by the company and it should necessarily come with the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
In case the above conditions are met, we are obliged to return the price you have paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement with another product or products, strictly within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order.
In this case you are charged with:
• The costs of transporting the products with a courier company
• Insurance costs
• Customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union
In case the changed product is of lower value than that of your original order, the money difference is not refundable. The difference is credited to the customer's name for future purchases.
Necessary conditions in order for the return to be accepted is that each product to be changed must be in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, in the "Vally Kontidis" package. It must be received, checked, and approved by the company and must be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you check it in person and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
Changing already changed products is not allowed.
REPAIRS
In case a piece of jewelry shows a defect within 30 calendar days from its receipt, we repair it or replace it without charge. Send the jewelry to our workshop at 22 Romvis, 5th floor, office 7, 10562, Athens. After we receive the product, we repair or replace it within 10 days, and we send it to you at our own expense.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
This website reserves the right to unilaterally modify or freely update these terms and conditions of transactions made through the online store, whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes to inform users of any change through its pages. of this online store. B. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please try to store each piece of jewellery in a seperate box. It is better to avoid wearing your jewellery while taking a shower, swimming, applying perfume or make up. In order to maintain the sparkle on your jewellery try cleaning your pieces with warm water, mild liquid dish soap or baking soda.
In case there is any flaw or damage in your jewellery, we will be very happy to repair or replace it. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
C. GUARANTEE
All the jewellery is handcrafted according to the regulations set by the Chamber of Industry regarding handmade jewellery and alloy metals, (hallmarking code Ψα.77).
